Product Overview

The Carlon 3/4 in. x 100 ft. Electrical Non-Metallic Tubing is a flexible raceway for use in floors, walls and non-plenum ceilings. It is made with PVC and is designed to replace EMT conduit, flexible metal conduit and other raceway or cable systems. The tubing should be used with Carlon blue cement.
  • Product is coiled in a 100 ft. roll 3/4 in. size I.D. is 0.76 and the O.D. is 1.05 with a minimum bend radius is 6 in.
  • Color blue indicates it is used for electrical power circuits product is also known as Smurf tube
  • Carlon ENT tubing can also be used to run low-voltage wiring devices such as coax cable, computer cable and telephone cable
  • Carlon PVC cement is recommended for use with ENT tubing along with fittings and boxes
  • UL listed

Yes, it can be buried and placed in wet concrete too. If you plan to have any buried junctions, make sure to use Carlon boxes, couplers and glue to ensure a water-tight seal.

Although my project was in a wall, not concrete, I have optimism that "yes" it can. It's pretty durable, able to hold out moisture unless you deliberately puncture it, yet flexible. My only reservations would be on the length. If you needed to extend the length beyond 100 feet you would need to use their coupling. The coupling I'm sure would keep concrete out but maybe not the moisture.

Suitable for cat6?

Carlon make a conduit and connectors under their Liquidtight brand. The smurf tube/ NMT is not designed to be water proof.
