GREAT FOR ALL TYPES OF COOKING SURFACES
This Induction 21 Steel 10 in. Ceramic Non-Stick Pan in Stainless Steel is heavy for it's size. That is a good thing. It is made of steel. A magnet will stick to the bottom making it perfect for induction top cooking. It also works great on my ceramic glass top range because it won't warp or buckle so it sits absolutely flat. Before use, I seasoned the pan as directed. They also said not to use a dry pan so I used oil . The best temp for cooking with this pan to protect the surface is medium. I was able to get a beautiful sear on a pork chop and no sticking whatsoever. Super easy to clean. The surface will scratch so metal utensils are a no no. The bottom measurement of this 10” pan is small at 7.5” not enough room for two pork chops. This is a good pan that can be used on multiple cooking surfaces.

Works great!
Teflon free ceramic coatings are the latest rage, and this pan has that and is also induction compatible. We do not have induction yet, but this pan works great on our radiant smooth electric cooktop. The non-stick surface works well as long as you use just a bit of oil or butter. Eggs slide right out and cleanup is a snap! The pan has a drip free edge that make pouring bacon grease out of it a simple, neat task. Excellent for cooking breakfast or sauteing vegetables. I will be adding some other sizes soon!

No More Stuck On Food
This pan is very high quality and looks like it will last a lifetime. However, it is a very heavy pan so if this would be a problem for you do not purchase. You must season the pan before use by heating cooking oil in it and the instructions also say not to use a cooking spray but to use oil. I have used it so far to cook eggs with cheese,sausage and bacon. Everything turned out great. The best part is that the pan is super easy to clean. Highly recommend.

This is absolutely the best 10-inch skillet I have had the pleasure to use in the past 50 plus years.
My wife and I cannot say enough good things about this 10-inch skillet. Upon receipt I was amazed at how both heavy and comfortable it felt in my hand with its great ergonomic designed handle. From many years of experience the weight of the cookware is a good indication of how long it will last. If this holds true, we should be able to pass this skillet on to our grandchildren. In my opinion this is professional level cookware designed for the home user. This skillet may be used on all cooktops: gas, electric, and induction. It is oven safe up to 500 degrees. The pan's interior is non-stick so you may cook all meats without adding a drop of oil or lard; a health benefit. As a side note, the skillet must be hand-washed, which for us, is not a problem given the great performance this pan delivers. A really great plus, is the "Dripless Pouring Rim". For years I have wondered and complained as to why cookware manufacturing companies did not design in a pour spout on their skillets. When I brown up ground beef I need to drain off the melted fat before further cooking. Currently, I have to find a lid from my past collection of cookware that fits the pan and then hold it over the sink while trying to pour the excess fat into a container for future disposal after hardening. I have used a turkey baster bulb to draw out the excess grease, but this is very time consuming. The only improvement I can suggest for this skillet would be a custom fitting glass lid. This would aid when draining off liquid fat from the skillet and keep the meat you are frying from throwing grease all over your stove top during cooking. I would also like to see Chantal come out with a 12-inch skillet in this "Induction 21 Steel" with a glass lid. If you are cooking for more than one or two individuals you really need a 12-inch skillet. If cooking for more than a few folks you need the 12-inch skillet with the vertical 3-inch sides. Bottom line, you cannot go wrong with this skillet. See attached photographs. I am proud to pass along an "Exceptionally well-done Chantal" for this line of "Induction 21 Steel" cookware!

Greatest Non-Stick Pan
This Chantal Induction 21 steel 10 inch Non-Stick Pan in Stainless Steel is the Best I've ever had. Great Weight and Balance and the Handle has a great Feel in your hand. I followed the instructions and seasoned it before use. I then fried some eggs with a little oil and they slid wright out of the pan. Perfect! The cover the pan came in said Dishwasher Safe and in another part it said Hand Wash Only. I will be Hand Washing Only. Love this Pan.

Fantastic Pan
I have been on the lookout for a ceramic non-stick pan to try out. I like the non-stick pans, but I have read that the traditional non-sticks release chemicals that may be harmful. I read that the ceramic pans are much better for us to use. So when I saw this pan I was excited to try it! First off it is really elegant looking. The silver ceramic is a good match to the classic stainless steel outer of the pan. The handle is curved and of a good size for grip, and also stays cool during use. The pan has a great weight to it. Some newer pans feel almost flimsy, but this is nice, and heavy duty. It heats evenly throughout. The cleanup afterwards was a breeze! It practically cleans itself! I will definitely be looking into purchasing more of this set. It is great.

"Eggs-cellent Egg Pan"
If your looking for an all around, all purpose pan this is it. I use it mostly to make eggs in the morning and it is great for that. The non stick surface works well. I like that the sides on the pan are high and things do not fall onto the stove. One other thing to think about when buying a pan such as this is it's ability to be put in the oven. This pan can withstand the heat under the broiler when making a frittata. I have also used it one time for steak, searing the outsides and finishing in the oven. The steak came out great and the pan cleaned easily.
