These are substantial baking sheets. They seem to be made of good quality materials. Each sheet came with a couple of scratches, but that didn't bother me or my husband. They were packaged well, and delivery from HD was fast. I think we got them within five days of purchase. We've only used them a handful of times since we received them, but they cooked food evenly from our experience. Overall, we are happy we purchased these as the sheets seem like they will hold up well over time.

The second time I used one was for pizza and...
The second time I used one was for pizza and it stuck to the pan and I scuffed the finish trying to get it clean. The first time was chicken and it was great No sticking and cleaned easy.

Terrific baking pan with value added 2 pack selection. Purchased these Chicago Metallic Commercial II Jelly Roll Pans (Set of 2) to replace or should I say retire my old baking pans. Made from heavy-weight aluminized steel for superior heat conduction and uniform baking, it's perfect for my home baking efforts and other various culinary attempts as I am now home cooking more due to the covid-19 pandemic. Definitely would recommend to friends and family.
