A:  I don't remember there being any instructions - nor any need for them. Pretty intuitive installation.

A:  Correct, there are no instructions. These type of plugs are designed for someone experienced in their use and application. No, it's not necessary to have experience with this type of banana plug; yet I suspect the manufacturer assumed the majority of users/purchaser would be experienced customers. There are 2 primary ways in which this style banana plug can be used: 1. Unscrew the end of the plug completely. After stripping your wire, insert your wire into the end of the cap, until the bare wires are exposed. Re-insert the end of the banana plug, thread (tighten/screw)/reconnect the end. Tighten in such a way the exposed wires are trapped between the threaded post and the inside of the plug. 2. Unscrew the of the plug far enough to clear/expose the opening within the body of the plug. Insert your wire into the exposed opening, leaving the exposed wire within the body of the plug. Retighten, trapping the exposed wires within the body of the plug. Tighten until your hands are not able to turn the threads anymore. Be sure each end of the wire share the same colored banana plug - to avoid phasing issues.

A:  There are some great utube videos on working with banana plugs. Just type in "Connecting Banana plugs". And you will find all the instruction you need!

A:  This is too simplified to need instructions. Unscrew, put the wires in the hole you just exposed, then screw it back down. It's not rocket science!

A:  There really isn't a great answer. I'm an employee that just had this experience. My thoughts after multiple years in the pro audio filed is that they are almost geared towards creating a "TIP/SLEEVE or TS connection type of thing for a more modular way of setting things up. Physics of the connections with these are not good though. Recommend doing an A/V BNC termination instead. just as easy, more control, more connections.

                  Not easy to put on
It took a very long time to get this on to a wire. The only way to get it on and securely is to cut open a long enough piece of bare wire and thread it through the hole, then after you’ve screwed it tight, cut the remaining wire that is sticking out.
Easily wired to banana plug then into my speaker.

                    Very bad design
This product looks pretty, but the design is terrible. The way you attach the wire is just to ram it in, hoping the strands jumble up, and then cram the screw in. Just bad. Other products have a nice smooth part at the top where you can fold the wire back, not this one. And others have screws on the side you tighten down, nope again. The hold on the side is not only worthless it exposes live electricity, just terrible! Do not recommend! Will never buy again!

Securing the 16 gauge speaker cable in the plugs was a little tricky. No directions were given.

Steer clear away from these ones
These banana plugs are bad. Both the + and - have different defects, the tip is way to wobbly causing there to be a lot of added resistance, and the process of getting even a 16awg wire to stay in place and not pull out was terrible. These banana plugs ain’t it chief, go for the expensive ones instead.
