It works
I use these for work on a grounds crew and for fishing, the fit is too big, order a size smaller, or be prepared for two pairs of thick wooolies, traction is good, wish the upper was more sturdy rather then flimsy makes thm impossible to just step into, i trimmed to 12 inch much more comfortable, but the upper is to loose so i tuck my pants into them, oh the insole sucks i got a doctor scholls one that is for all day work
