The Crack-Rite 10-Gal. Hot Pour Joint Sealant Melter/Applicator all in one melter applicator is the most efficient method for the application of hot applied crack and joint sealants. Capable of melting and applying up to 800 lb. per day. This system offers the latest valve assembly which allows the operator to completely stop the flow of melted asphalt crack fills material and eliminating puddles of melted material. Raising the screed completely closes the valve tube.

Direct Fire Rubber. Safely holds 75 lbs.
How long can unused sealant be left in unit
A couple months. It is best to use up the material and not reheat numerous times.
How much assembly is required
How fast does it heat the block of sealant?
A 50 lbs block of sealant will fully melt in approximately 45 minutes.
Can rubberize filler be used in melter?
Only Direct fire rubbers can be used in this machine.
