The saw won't fit without having the nose of the blade holder sticking out. There are a ton of great tool bags that will work if you stop by the store.
DWE 6423k which means kit and comes with a tool bag.
It's not the tool for this job ... but for small sections or touch ups, it can be used ... but used gently. A heavy hand here will damage the tool and the wall.
I don't know anything about the warranty. I tried it on drywall mud, and unless you have a shop vac attached to it, dust will be going everywhere.
If you mis-use the sander and use the wrong grit sandpaper - yes, marks can be visible. Try practicing on scrap material first before using it on your cabinets. Really fine grit sandpaper to finish your project will give you the smooth finish you need.
