DRYLOK Floor and Wall Masonry (formerly DRYLOK Clear) Waterproofer is the first non-pigmented masonry Waterproofer specifically formulated for use on masonry floor and wall surfaces. This Patent Pending Technology provides a durable, waterproof, easy to clean, non-yellowing high gloss finish. It's perfect for waterproofing interior and exterior concrete floors, poured concrete walls, split-faced block, concrete and cinder block, stone, brick, stucco and pre-cast decorative items. DRYLOK Floor and Wall Masonry Waterproofer incorporates environmentally safe green biocides to resist the growth of mildew on the dry paint film. DRYLOK Floor and Wall Masonry Waterproofer has been tested in accordance to requirements of ASTM D 16 - Standard Terminology for Paint, Related Coatings, Materials and Applications; ASTM D 1653 Method A (Dry Cup) - Standard Test Methods for Water Vapor Transmission of Organic Coating Films; ASTM D 6904 - Standard Practice for Resistance to Wind-Driven Rain for Exterior Coatings Applied to Masonry and ASTM D 7088 - Standard Practice for Resistance to Hydrostatic Pressure for Coatings Used in Below Grade Applications Applied to Masonry.

You need to be careful not to apply it too...
You need to be careful not to apply it too think, otherwise it will crack and start to lift up. You then need to scrape it off and start again. Other than that, it seals nicely and provides a smooth barrier.

I have used the DRYLOK EXTREAM for wall on the floor and then painted the floor it worked better in my past application. I used this because it was a new item some areas peeled not a lot square footage and went back to DRYLOK EXTREAM and painted.

This review is contingent on the product performing as promised. It dries clear, a bit shinny. Easy to apply with a bush or a roller but it’s much too thick to apply with a sprayer. This is a surface product not a penetrating product like some sealers are. I applied two coats. Time will tell if it performs up to expectations.
