    A:  Yes, this extension cord will work with the XP12000EH generator, and will plug directly into the GFCI outlets on the control panel. Please note if you'd like to take advantage of the full 9500 running watts the generator is capable of we'd recommend using an adapter for the 50 amp receptacle.

        A:  Absolutely not. This cord has plugs and sockets rated for 15 Amps at 120 volts (not 240). That means the maximum wattage this cord can handle is 120 X 15 = 1800 Watts. To deliver 9,200 watts at 120 volts you would need a capacity of 9200/120 = 77 Amps. This does not exist. You need to shop for a cord capable of plugging into the 220 Volt receptacle on your generator to deliver that kind of wattage, and splitting it down to two 120 volt branches.

          A:  The extension cord is only built for working with NEMA 5-15 receptacles and these receptacles will only be capable of outputting 1,800 watts at the max; so as long as the generator has a NEMA 5-15 receptacle to plug this extension cord into, then it shouldn't be an issue. Please note the cord won't be capable of carrying more than 1800 watts.
