The seats, springs and quad rings came packaged in a plain brown envelope with a part number label pasted on the envelope. The parts were not identified as Delta parts (which I ordered) so I don’t know if I received OEM Delta parts or aftermarket parts. According to information I got on the internet, aftermarket seats, and springs have a much shorter life than OEM Delta parts. I installed the parts (because cost was only $3.88 so it wasn’t worth the time and money to return them). They’re working but I don’t know for how long!!

Since The Home Depot caters to the DIY'er, kit should contain an instruction sheet. The kit contains parts for multiple products, and not all parts are for use in all the products. Ordered kit for repair of 13/14 series valve and kit contains parts for 17 series valve which are not used in the 13/14 series. Also, the kit did not include the larger o-rings for the body of the cartridge and outside the valve brass body. For a complete kit for DIY'er kit should also contain lubricant (plumbers grease) for coating the o-rings. Had to watch multiple "how-to" videos to sort out the confusion and details for repair.
The parts supplied fit properly and solved the problem with the valve (drip from shower head).
