AnswerIt should but check to see your lift has two holes (as shown in the picture) and requires two screws or just one hole in the center that only requires one screw. It is quite simple to install.
Does this match Delta oil rubbed bronze finish?

AnswersVery well but not exactly as it is a different manufacturer. I installed this with the Delta faucet. You would have to stare at it to notice any difference. The Delta faucet and the Design House are both a satin or a near matt finish. The Design House is slightly less shiny than the Delta. What stands out more is that the Design House has a copper accent on the edges. The Delta product does not. So, if the copper accent in the photos for this does not bother you, then the match should be good.
The tub. On the front inner side of it there a silver plate with too screw on it one on left side and one on right side

The color matched with other bath items in oil rubbed bronze. The actual drain piece was a little tricky to get screwed down into the bath tub opening. The rest of the installation was quite easy.
