I am very pleased with this Duck Covers HydroDefender Weatherproof Truck Cover. It is quite a heavy material and seems very water resistant. The seams are well made and sealed with a clear tape. Its size is 236 inches long by 73 inches wide and 65 inches high. I used it on my standard cab long bed pickup and it fits easily, I am sure it would fit most short bed trucks with an extended cab also. The cover comes with a tote bag for storage and four snap on straps to secure the cover to the truck. I found even though the cover feels quite heavy one gust of wind will lift it off the truck at one end very easily so the straps are essential. I like that it has air vents behind the cab to allow for condensation to escape. I will mostly use the cover when not using the truck for a long period of time or in the winter before a snow storm to make cleanup easier. The manufacturer has a two year limited warranty.

I love this weatherpoorf truck and car cover from Duck Covers! The entire product is meticulously made and use high-quality waterproof materials as I can tell. It is very heavy (about 20lbs? or even more?). So I don't have to worry about wind to blow it off my car. The seams are all sealed with waterproof tapes as one of the picture shows. The cover is in color deep blue and gray which I like very much!

This waterproof truck cover is very nice. It does fit my Chevrolet pickup. I used it to cover our new zero turn riding lawn mower, it is a bit big for the lawn mower but it works great to protect it from the elements. The cover comes with four tie down straps to tie it securely onto vehicle or lawn mower in this case. The cover keeps moisture off of whatever it covers. The cover is bunched up on the ground for my lawn mower. I used the straps to hold the cover tightly onto the mower. This cover is easy to install onto whatever you are covering and it is just as easy to remove. The cover comes with a storage bag to store cover in when not in use.

It's a fact that car covers wear out. The covers I've had in the past were not waterproof and if it rained, all the dust and dirt would penetrate the cover and transfer onto the car. This cover is heavy duty and heavy. It protects the car well. It is waterproof, but has vents to release any moisture. It says not to use it on newly painted cars because I think it traps heat pretty well under the waterproofing and could damage the paint. It comes with straps to tie it down.

I have had quite a number of vehicle covers over the years and can honestly say that when quality of materials, craftsmanship, durability and price are important, this line of HydroDefender from Duck Covers hits all those requirements. It is no wonder that reviews on these products are always highly rated. I agree and validate that the construction, materials, features, and benefits are all on-point to what is listed on the product description. I got this to use on an F-150 crew cab with a short bed but I tried it out on my 2017 Explorer for the attached pictures. As you can see, it is too big for the Explorer but should fit the F-150 just fine. I didn’t test fit the hold-down straps but there are four included – 2 are about 7 feet and the other 2 are about 24.5 feet. I believe the long straps go diagonally from the front bumper to the rear bumper and the short straps go side to side giving the cover a tight and secure fit for wind, rain or snow. Overall, I am very happy with this product and highly recommend.

This is a very nice cover. The outside of the material quite smooth and feels a little waxy to the touch. It has more of a hard finish than a soft one, the inside of the cover is kind of fuzzy and soft. The anchor points of which there are 8 are well stitched and reinforced. It has 2 anchor points on the front in the area of the front corners of the hood, 2 anchor points on the rear in the area of the top ends of the tailgate, and 2 on each side at the bottom in the middle. The instructions tell you how to put on the included antenna patch, but nothing about how to install the cover. It seems as the 2 straps that go from front to back should cross in the middle and go from the right front to the left rear and the left front to the right rear under the vehicle, but I am not sure. The side to side straps seem like they should just go straight across. It does not have any mirror pockets. When you pull all the straps tight it makes the cover go fairly taught from the cab to the tailgate, so that water tends to run off the back of the truck. It is not really fitted to the cab so you don't really need to worry about you cab configuration. The size they have this listed for doesn't seem to be correct. They say Extended Cab Short Bed, my 1995 Chevrolet Extended Cab Short Bed truck measures about 18.5 ft (220 inches) long and the cover will fit but seems overly long. I also tried it on my 2002 GMC Extended Cab Long Bed Dually which measures about 20.5 ft long (244 inches) and it fits fairly well but that would be the limit of the length. However the box says the cover is 21 ft (252 inches) which would be more like a Crew Cab Long Box, but I don't think it would stretch that far. It does seem to repel water nicely but I think snow would still pile up on it, but with the smooth outer finish it seems as if you could push it off easily. The cover does not have much thickness to it so it would not be a cover you would choose to protect your truck from hail. It has 2 triangular vents about where the rear cab corners are for venting out excess moisture. The cover is quite heavy and weighs about 20 lbs.The cover looks very nice with the blue racing stripe down the center. All in all a nice cover that seems mostly geared for rain protection, and should work good for protection from things like sap, bird droppings an dust.

This truck cover is made of high quality fabric. It is like a rubber material on the outside and a felt on the inside, making it weatherproof. It is gray with a full wide blue strip in the middle from front to back, making it easy to know that you have it lined up properly on the truck. There are 2 clips on the front and on on both sides for attaching straps(included). They are placed under the truck and tightened front to back and side to side. This holds the cover down all the way around. Two air vent holes are on each side to help with circulation. My husband has a 1985 Chevy truck he just had repainted and wanted to keep it protected. This cover looks stylish and works very well protecting it from the weather. Fits great!

We recieved the Duck Covers car cover for our jeep gladiator. It looks real cool with the blue racing strip going down the middle from front to back. It also comes with 3 straps to strap it down as to prevent it from flying away with the wind. It was the perfect size. Even with the oversized tires and light bar it fit perfect. It was easy to install and has extra material in the areas where the straps are so they won't easily rip or damage the cover. These are quality made covers for your vehicle.

I tested the waterproof properties of the cover by spraying my covered car with a hose. The underside was completely dry. The next day, with dew accumulated on the cover, the car was still dry. So, although the instructions that come with the cover warn that moisture may accumulate under the cover, my experience is that the cover is waterproof when new. The front and rear of the cover are clearly marked. The cover comes with straps and tie points to secure it to the vehicle in windy conditions. The underside is made of a material that is softer than the top side to prevent scratching of the paint. Overall, a very nice and protective cover. Recommended.
