The 1.9 in. Round EZ ADA Wall Return is a slightly bent elbow for beginning and returning EZ ADA Handrails to the wall. This component is most commonly used on slight inclines that require quick accessibility and then return without interrupting traffic patterns. The included 3 in. splices make attaching the Wall Return a breeze.

Q:I have a10’ ramp ending on a level platform then another 11’ ramp. Can I use 2 of these to make a continuous railing?

A: Hi Matt. Our wall return handrails are not intended to connect together (although they can by cutting one end off of each handrail and splicing them together). For ramps as you described the recommended components are listed below. Simply type these model#'s into the homedepot.com search bar. EZA100-24BZ EZA200-BZ (12x) (fasteners incl.) Q:Can this be used to finish the railing on a post?

A: Hi. Unfortunately, this wall return does not have a mounting bracket or way to attach to a post, so it will not work as a structural termination. If your handrail is sufficiently supported prior to the post, you can use this wall return as a post return. We have a post return in R&D now that will hopefully be available Fall 2017. Q:How much additional length does this add to the handrail when properly attached?

A: The Wall Return adds 8-1/4" to the handrail when properly attached. A 72" round EZ Handrail with one return now becomes 80-1/4" to the tip of the return. Thank you for your consideration, Dan H. (EZ Handrail Dev. Team)
