Q:Can this be applied over a "vapor barrier" type penetrating sealer such as BoneDRY? I'm thinking a 3 layer process: Vapor Barrier type sealer then, Eagle Armour Seal then Eagle Polish.

The water seal worked very well on the concrete. I stained the concrete with acid stain the neutralized as the instruction said and water sealed the water still went very well with a pump sprayer and gave it a high gloss sheen very pleased with the product and would recommend it

Try calling the manufacturer company and let them know exactly what the product did to my floor. And didn't do anything about it. Had to pay another company to come and fix it. Did everything exactly what the lable said to do even call there help desk to clarify some concerns about it. Not happy with this product at all. Literally ruined my concrete floors.

Not durable under my conditions. I applied two coats armor seal as directed to dry slab and let cure for 72 hours (requires only 48 hours in directions) before I move my refrigerator back to the kitchen. I needed to set the fridge down in the hallway and rotate 90 degrees to the kitchen and the rotation scratched the urethane seal. Five days later I had my 90 pound dog on the floor for the first time. In his excitement his toe nails scratched the urethane seal right next to the fridge scratch. In the photo you'll see fridge scratch on the right and dog nail scratch on the left. Product is disappointing in my experience.

Great sealer! Used it in garage after grinding my concrete floor. Dries extremely fast! Leaves a wet gloss type look with a very smooth feel. Easy to sweep and mop with a Swiffer. Will recommend for sure.

I've waited to see if it would get any better. IT DIDN"T. I cleaned the surface with Eagle concrete cleaner. Washed and scrubbed with a stiff brush. Rinsed over and over and scrubbed with a brush until rinse water was clear and clean. Stained the surface with Eagle Rustic Acid Stain. Surface looked great. Then I coated the surface with Eagle Armor Seal. Went on a little cloudy looking. It dried clear and I was pleased with the outcome. THEN IT RAINED. The whole surface turned white. When it dries it 's back to normal. Heavy dew in the morning - turns white! Every time it gets any moisture on it, it turns white. I should not have put the seal coat on. I ruined my patio by putting this crap on it.
I could use the $1000 to fix this!!!!!!!!!

Excellent gloss finish, easy to apply, better coverage than advertised (on polished concrete at least; I bought 15 gal but only needed about 7). Added a nice protective layer trapping in all the dust, but also looks great as is. Used in the basement and garage. No regrets or dislikes. Highly recommended!

We extensively reviewed various sealing options as this was a project for our basement and many sealers are not recommended for that purpose. A Ghostshield hardener and Quikrete water based stain was used prior to applying the Eagle Armor Seal followed by waxing and we experienced no adhesion issues. Many manufacturers recommended against using products not offered in their lines. It's still early but we are extremely satisfied with the initial quality and appearance of our floor. The only minor inconvenience with the order process is it would have been nice to have been provided a tracking number to know when delivery was expected. Would recommend.
