The hooks for the side strap are missing
Just picked mine up and went to put it together. I thought I was crazy until I saw another review. I can confirm that mine also had the large outer hooks missing to secure the outside of the bag.
If you picked up yours by having Home Depot place it in your car, they won't allow you to return it that way.
Major disappointment.
