A: Nothing ever noted re parts .. suggest checking the company web site, go to Contact Us page .. call company and ask re parts availability .. do not expect so if only a few needed May also offer an Educational Discount for bulk purchases
A: John I would contact the manufacturer about where to purchase parts or if parts are available
A: As far as I know its square and true. I just use it for wood working.
A: I can't completely answer your question. It's not a machinist square. That said, I'm a woodworker. I fi d this little combination square to be quite adequate for what I do, and it's small size allows me to carry it in my apron or tool pouch. It's square enough.
A: Unfortunately I don't know how Home Depot handles it's warranty. But I do know the product, True Blue 6" combo square is garbage. Yes the rule is steel, but the locking tab the slides along the rule groove, is made from a material that is soft and wears very easily, rendering the locking device to fail. I guess this is why you are inquiring about the warranty terms. Good luck.
A: Empire sent me back to Home Depot, they stated that the limited warranty is serviced through point of purchase. So if Home Depot doesn't replace, looks like there effectively isn't a warranty. And Good luck with Empire, they have some of the worst customer service in the industry.
A: No Idea
A: I'd recommend contacting Empire through their warranty service: http://www.empirelevel.com/warranty.php
