Are the stakes metal or plastic?

Can posts be cut down to make 36 inch tall fence?

How would these hold up in a high wind area with a foot support wall in front. About 3 1/2 feet will be exposed to ocean gusts until my vine matures.

Are these adjustable or do they come in only 90 degrees when joined.
You have to put it together! It whole lot of pieces that doesn't fit half! To hard! To much money for this junk! Now I have to hire someone and hope they can do it!

Can these be used separately on their own?
Hi Kathy, Thanks for reaching out! If I am understanding correctly that you'd like to use them as single panels, rather than attaching the two panels together, the simple answer is yes. That being said, we do recommend that you reinforce each panel for stability. This can be easily done by installing rebar in the ground through each post of each panel. Thanks again for reaching out!
