Hello, thank you for reaching out. It could be both. The unit previously had metal stakes and we updated to have vinyl stakes. This doesn't mean the metal were worse! We just updated so it was all the same material. Best regards, Russell
Hello, Yes, this product must be assembled. Best regards, Marcus
Hello, thank you for reaching out. It's even easier than that! The stakes are installed during the building process. You can skip that step to forgo the stakes. Best regards, Russell
Hello, thank you for reaching out. You can cut down the posts but we would not recommend using this in a fencing application. It is designed to be a screen of just a couple panels. It may have issues with leaning if using an a fencing run. Best regards, Russell
Hello, thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, I don't have a concrete answer to this. The screen is not wind tested and it is not designed to withstand constant wind gusts. It will depend on how much you reinforce it with the support wall. You may want to mount the unit to the wall for stability and reinforcement. Best regards, Russell
You have to put it together! It whole lot of pieces that doesn't fit half! To hard! To much money for this junk! Now I have to hire someone and hope they can do it!
Hello, thank you for reaching out. The screens can be joined at a 90 degree angle or you can make it in a straight line. Best regards, Russell
Hello! Thanks for reaching out. We advise against painting our products, and painting our products will void the warranty, however I have linked one of our articles below regarding what to do if you do wish to paint it: https://wambamfence.com/knowledgebase/can-i-paint-this-vinyl Thanks again for reaching out! Best, Andrew
Hi Kathy, Thanks for reaching out! If I am understanding correctly that you'd like to use them as single panels, rather than attaching the two panels together, the simple answer is yes. That being said, we do recommend that you reinforce each panel for stability. This can be easily done by installing rebar in the ground through each post of each panel. Thanks again for reaching out! Best, Andrew
