Currently we do not sell connectors for the 1 in. x 36 in. Zinc-Plated Punched Square Tube.
Approximately .344" holes are approximately 1 inch on center.
The diameter of the punched hole is 5/16". The center to center distance of the holes is 1”.
I could find none. I used a piece of materiel 1size off and it was a sloppy fit so I used shim stock to get a tight fit. Not the best solution but it has been holding up good for over two years.
The holes are about 11/32, that is, a little sloppy on a 5/16 drill bit but not as big as a 3/8 bit. I did need to drill out to 3/8 for my use.
For this type of application you would need to consult with an engineer.
