Good L brackets for lightweight applications
These L brackets are lightweight but strong. They are perfect for cabinets, dressers and drawers. However, they are a bit small for any sort of framing. They come with the necessary screws which are hex head and about 1/2? long. They are good for screwing into wood surfaces. Installation is easy as the L bracket includes 4-pre-drilled holes. Just mark them and pre-drill the screw holes, then install. The L bracket is zinc-plated which would resist the weather for a long time. Overall, these are a good choice for light weight applications.

The Everbilt 2 1/2" corner braces come in handy for a multitude of uses. Countersunk holes make the fastener sit flush with the face of the brace and the Zinc plating ensures great rust resistance and long life. This box of 20 braces comes complete with the screws for attaching to wood. They can be used on cabinet doors, picture frames and so much more.

        Great corner brace.
The Everbilt 3" zinc-plated flat corner brace (40-Pack) is just great! Quality and price is just unbeatable for woodworking projects, securing and attaching. All holes are tapered, all corners have been tumble polished, there are no sharp edges or corners and all in the 40-pack are precise and consistent with one another in all parameters. Thickness is 0.075" or 14GA, width is 0.64", outside length is 1/18 short of a 3", inside is 2.5". Screws are 1/2" #8, and countersink perfectly in the holes, spacing 1.733" apart. You can use up to #14 it may stick up a little bit. Angle is precise 90° - can be used safely as a mini-square. It is made in China with a very high level of precision in machining, plating and polishing it. HD carries other braces at different dimensions, and those are a total bargain at those prices.

These are strong, nicely plated, well finished and versatile.
These Everbuilt 3in. Zinc Plated corner braces are of excellent quality. They are strong, nicely plated, well finished and easy to work with. They arrived neatly packed in a box with all the screws necessary to install them packed in individual plastic bags. They were a great choice for reinforcing the framing joints on my aging cedar wood fence. I love the bulk pack. They are very versatile and can be used in multiple applications.

The brace is also very affordable, making it a great option for anyone looking for an inexpensive way to strengthen their corners. Overall, I highly recommend the Everbilt 2 in. Sturdy Flat Mending Corners
This is a set of four zinc-plated steel flat corner plates and required hardware.  They're very sturdy and should be corrosion-resistant due to the zinc-plating, although they're probably intended for indoor use.  It's convenient having the required screws included.  I am going to use them to mend one of the doors on a cabinet which loosened up after years of opening and closing.  Installation is pretty straightforward, but I would recommend drilling pilot holes to prevent any wood from splitting.

A Bit Rugged on the Edges
Everbilt is new to us so we thought we would try the Zinc-plated flat corner brace that comes in a 4-pack. We need these for a new cupboard we will be making and would require some right corner braces and these seemed to be the right size needed. There is a lot of versatility for these braces, you can use it for inside and outdoor projects that you will be using with wood. Also, the holes are a countersunk design which allows the screws to sit flush with plate. The reason for 3 stars is the product seemed too light and the edges were rugged in several places which hurts the fingers. I would suggest these for a small project and they will probably be just fine.

        Great Corner Brackets
The Everbilt Flat Corner Braces comes in a 4-Pack and are great reinforcements for flat-surface, right angle corner joints. They are good for indoor or outdoor applications and help hold the wood pieces together tightly. They have a countersunk design which allows the screws to sit flush with plate. Easy to install. I have built several picture frames for posters that the wife wanted to mount and they work great.

        Perfect for cabinet corners
I sometimes build cabinets, especially "Little Free Libraries" for my neighbors. These corner braces are perfect for joining mitered corners of cabinet fronts and cabinet doors. I use a smaller size for the inner corner and a larger size for the outer corner. Hide from view by placing INSIDE the cabinet. Always mark and drill pilot holes. drill slightly away from the other part, which causes the brace to bring the two parts tightly together when screws are tightened down. The zinc coating accepts paint quite easily.

I Lack Skills But I Have Good Hardware
Let's build stronger. I often put things together. Like my wife will ask me to make a wooden stand for her plants. Or I need a wood cabinet to store tools. I'm not some master carpenter who works with fancy joinery so I will butt the wood together and run screws into it with a drill driver. When I'm done this kind of construction tends to be wobbly. But with the use of brackets, braces and hardware like this I can strengthen and stiffen my handiwork. I have a shelf unit on a worktable at my home. It's a manufactured product that you assemble. I followed the instructions up to a point. They want you to fasten a bar to the studs to hang it on the wall. They also include plastic right angle brackets they instruct you to attach to the side of the shelf and screw the other side to the wall to strengthen the assembly. I was happy to just set it on the table and use it as a free-standing shelf. It worked OK but I always wished it was sturdier. When I saw these I immediately thought of that shelf. I screwed them onto the corners and took the wobble out of the shelving unit. They were a little small for this job but it is better than it was before. Galvanized hardware, looks nice, but this is on the back where it can't be seen. Screws are included. Great to pick up and have in spare parts, you'll use them someday.
