A:  Yes! Two Reflective Sides.

A:  Although both sides are colored red and presumably should illuminate as such at night hours. If one sided does not glow in red, I can only assume that the item is a defect. I would gladly return the product for another that does the job. So sorry for not much of an assistant to you. Happy Thanksgiving.
