This pad is soft and light. I not only used it for kneeling, but as a seat pad. The foam is flexible enough to conform to what's underneath it. I even used it as a kneeling pad while canoeing for a week. The pad kept my knees generally comfortable even when paddling through 40 mph whitecaps, averaging about 6 hours of non-stop use a day.

The Fiskars kneeling cushion is a welcome relief for my knees when kneeling on concrete surfaces to work on vehicles and landscaping. This cushion is larger than the others I own. The larger size allows more flexibility of movement on the pad without repositioning. I found the cushion very comfortable and I was able to kneel on it for long periods of time without discomfort. If I kneel directly on a hard surface my knees start to hurt immediately. Clearly the pad helps.

This is my second kneeling cushion and the old one is nearing the end of its useful life. Our land has many hazards for unprotected knees. Knee-pads offer excellent protection but are uncomfortable for extended use. A kneeling pad avoid this problem so long as you remember to bring it with you as you move.
Our desert property has many hazards to unprotected knees: sharp gravel and rocks, cactus fragments and spines from other native vegetation and thorns from roses. This cushion protects knees from all of them. So far this cushion has held up well to having been left in the sun and doused by rain. Unlike my old cushion that left my knees green, the dye in this cushion seems to be bonded into the foam.

Comfortable, convenient and effective. This light-weight cushion by Fiskars is a perfect size at a great bargain. The 3/4” inch thick foam is very dense and cushions the knees (or backside) whether on hard wood floors, concrete, or dirt. The punch-out makes for a nice handle or hanging point for storing the cushion on a closet or garage wall. I don't yet know how durable it is, but at this low price I hardly care – I can always replace it after a few seasons if needed.

The blue design on this Fiskars Kneeling Cushion is attractive and contemporary. My cushion measured 10 7/8 inches by 18 1/8 inches. The oblong handle hole is punched but not removed and I chose to not remove it. It is a heavy duty kneeling cushion at 3/4 inch thick. Kneeling on a paver walkway is painful without some protection. This kneeling cushion is thick and soft enough to make the pavers a non-issue.

Comfortable. The thickness and the softness seemed just right to me. They say it's for gardening but it's also great for any type of project around the house where you need to be on your knees, like plumbing, painting, or whatever.
