Featuring attractive colors, strong adhesive backing, and resilient construction, these medium-duty tiles are engineered to deliver year-round comfort, lasting beauty, and remarkable durability indoors and out. Eco-friendly 100% PET fiber construction is solution-dyed so carpet color is locked in while stains are locked out. Tiles can be cut to fit and installed over most surfaces including concrete, tile, and low-pile carpet.         A:  We used them on our metal stairs. I’m not sure how well it would stick to cement or being outside? As long as it’s returnable, you could see how if it works for you.

          Peel and Stick Carpet Squares
          Peel and stick carpet is very nice and easy to apply. It was perfect for an inexpensive way to carpet a concrete floor in my garage. The larger square size made it quick to cover a big area. It trims well with a box cutter or heavy duty shears. Sticks well, with a short pile and nice off blue/gray color.

          Color Mis-Match
          I ordered 3 boxes of 15 tiles each. This was for a basement room. The first two boxes went well. There was some variances in the color but not enough to cause concern. When I came to the third box, the color was not the same at all. I sent them back and ordered another. I got the same color again. I only needed 5 tiles to complete the room. It appeared that I got the last 2 boxes of a production run and one of a new run. I don't think there are any left of the old run and no way to tell as all 3 had the same batch number on the box. If you order more than 1 box, I recommend that you open all up and compare the color before you start. My only option now is to rip all these up at my expense and put something else down. Here is a picture of what it looked like.
