Frosting
We bought this in April 2023. The top shelf and top of the inside door is now frosting and building ice. Called Frigidaire customer service. Took hours on chat but we got a repair man out. He replaced the seal. STILL FROSTING. He came back tried heating and adjusting, STILL FROSTING! When we called Frigidaire back after 4 hours the customer service lady said there’s no one to service in our area. Husband said yes we had someone out already twice, she then hung up on him. We want our money back!

My New Frigidaire Freezer is the Very Best Freezer I've Ever Owned
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently bought a 16 Cu. Ft. Frigidaire Upright Freezer and was so happy with it, I also bought a new Frigidaire Gallery Refrigerator for my kitchen too! The freezer matches my other kitchen appliances and provides very economical and efficient storage in addition to the freezer space in my refrigerator freezer. I love the stainless door, open door light and door ajar alarm along with great space saving storage. Ditto to Frigidaire for producing such a wondreful product. It's not my first Frigidaire and will not be my last!!!

Perfect freezer

This freezer holds a phenomenal amount of food.

The door is not sealing at the top when shut. I’ve put sticks in between door and rubber seal to prevent frost accumulation inside. I am Very unhappy with this !!
