Never Going Back!
We love this microwave! This is our second one and we'll never choose another model. We didn't realize that you had to change the charcoal filter so crossing our fingers that we'll get more life out of this one.

I really like the stout handle.
Very efficient and user friendly. Cleaned up with a light spray of window cleaner a paper towel. Looks great above my stove.

Time will tell
We installed this same OTR microwave 1year and 8 months ago. It just stopped working due to a very precise size requirement we almost had to get the same unit. I really hope this one last longer than 1 year and 8 months.
