Rusted almost immediately
The dish racks are constructed of plastic-coated metal. This plastic coating is easily chipped/scratched during normal use. Within 3 months of installation, both racks began swelling and rusting badly. The rust has gotten so bad that it now is staining our dishes. Replacement racks cost over 50% the price of the new unit. Other than that, the machine does its job and is reasonably quiet, but the low quality dish racks make this a waste of money.

Good but with flaws
Builder Installed. Didn't have any issue for the first 1 year. Now the issue - Control Panel lights are on but Dishwasher is not starting nor buttons are not responding.

Cheap
This dishwasher was included by the builder as part of our new house. It leaves brown streaks on our dishes and is very loud when running. We didn't have an option to upgrade and this dishwasher would not have been our selection. The stainless steel is more like tin and doesn't stay clean.

Leaves dishes dirty
This dishwasher does not clean very well. Our dishes come out with brown streaks and spots. It is not very quiet either.

Worse dishwasher ever
I bought this dishwasher in Nov 2021. It stopped working Aug 2022. They finally replaced that dishwasher with a another of the same model. It worked until June 2023. It is now leaking worse than ever after A&E replaced the seals. A&E is a terrible service company. They schedule appointments and never show up. It has now been 13 months and I still don't have a working dishwasher.

Almost caught on fire after one use
We had bottom right roller fall off in our first load of dishes and melt to the heating element. All of our dishes smell smoky.
