The Hart of the Matter
The unit is nice stainless steel inside and out. The pull out trays are a bit cumbersome and light weight awkward loading dishes in this unit. The cycle is 161 minutes whew long. Also I did not like this unit does not dry the dishes and there’s lots of water spots. Trading this unit back in for one with a dryer at the end of cycle. Otherwise beautiful unit. Dishes cleaned. But spotty.

Your dishwasher has a drying mechanism called condensate dry. With this drying system design, condensation will form on cooler surfaces in a warm humid environment. At the end of a cycle, while the dish load is still hot, the stainless steel tub walls are already cooling down and pulling condensation to form on the tub walls instead of the dishes. This provides natural air drying of the dish load. The use of a rinse agent ensures spot and film protection for dishes and assists the drying process.

DON'T BUY this toy-like garbage appliance
This is by far the worst appliance I have purchased.
I have owned GE appliances in the past and had no complaints. This dishwasher makes me hate washing dishes. Maybe it's because of the shoddy craftsmanship, or maybe because it doesn't actually wash the dishes. The utensil holder doesn't sit still, the bottom rack doesn't have a proper track so it falls out, total junk.
Also, Home Depot didn't allow us to return because we contacted them just after the 48 hr window. Now we're stuck with it.

Streamline and compact!
Very quiet! We love this dishwasher! Special order to fit in a snug spot! Easy to keep clean. Not sure about the controls being at the top, yet makes it easier to see and I don’t have to bend over to see panel.

Clean
White gloss dishwasher, retro '70s pocket handle with silver accent trim, and hidden top controls, at affordable price. Tub is stainless. Door is very light, solid but light to lift. Cycle washes dishes very fast and clean, dries very well with rinse-dry agent (not 100 %). I use liquid detergent and do not add too much (filling compartment too much will leave residue down the inside door). Height adjustable, comes with white kick plate. Spacious interior & cutlery basket. Quiet. Simple controls.

Exactly What We Needed
We were needing a new dishwasher that would fit in a 32" tall ADA opening and ended up choosing this dishwasher. It looks great and was easy to install in the space. I tried washing a load before filling the rinse aid reservoir and everything was very wet at the end of the cycle. For the next load, I filled it up with rinse aid and was very impressed that everything was dry, as this was a concern I had since this model does not have a heated dry option. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend.

Terrible Product / Poor HomeDepot service
The dishwasher was 3” shorter than listed, which left a 3” gap at the top. HomeDepot said you could raise the legs to make it taller, then you will have a 3” gap on the floor! Raising the legs does not help with the limited interior space or the poor qu

Hi, we're so sorry you're having trouble with installation. We apologize for the miscommunication on this Smart Dishwasher's height, and we know how frustrating this is. This model should only have 1/2" between the Control Panel and the underside of the countertop. If you've raised this Dishwasher and there is a gap below it, we suggest getting a Toe Kick to fill the space. The Toe Kick made for this Dishwasher is WD27X24749.
