Q:what is inside depth will it fit a 13 bottle of wine

A:  Hello- Thanks so much for checking with us. We are happy to help! The bottom rack will accept 1.5L wine bottles and they average about 14" in height. If you want to put 1.5L wine bottles in each rack, it is recommended to remove one wood rack for more space. The distance between shelves (going from bottom up): ~Bottom shelf to next shelf up: 5-3/4" ~Second shelf to shelf above it: 3-1/4" ~ Third shelf to top shelf: 3-5/8" ~ Top shelf to ceiling: 5-1/2" We hope this is helpful.       Q:We bought this a couple of weeks ago and there is a lot of condensation forming on the outside of the glass door. Is there any way to prevent this? Does GE sell any accessories to warm up the fridge doors to prevent this?

      A:  Hi! Thanks for reaching out. When the unit is in a high humidity location, it's not unusual to see condensation on the outside of the door. When you see this, you can simply wipe the door dry. Relocating the unit it a lower humidity area, if you're able, should help with this condensation issue.           Worst Purchase in our entire Brand New Kitchen
          We are so upset, dissatisfied and disappointed in this purchase. Our wine cooler has Stopped cooling after less than one year of being installed. It will not get below 54 degrees. We worked for over 2 years to plan and build our dream kitchen and to have this focal point of our Kitchen not working is a huge problem and Let down when we have guests. I would expect more from GE ... I can not recommend this to anyone

            Loud and Not Cooling.
            This refrigerator was purchased in 2022. It never got below 44 degrees (which was fine for me one and kids drinks) but not really for beer and soda. The compressor runs (noisy) a lot for only getting to 44 degrees too. Now, like other reviews, the unit has stopped cooling almost entirely and cannot get below 64 degrees. In less than two years, this has turned into a useless appliance. I cannot recommend this refrigerator to anyone. At this price point, there’s better options.

                It fits perfectly in my beverage center. There is not many products on the market that have these measurements. Our build in fridge is GE, so I was very happy that I found the product from the same brand.

                  Beverage Center is fine; minor shipping damage
                  The beverage center itself seems to be working fine, but it did arrive with a dent on the top (UPS, of course). However, since it is under counter for me, it did not show and not worth hassle to return. Just get a more reliable carrier!

                    Looks great. But stopped cooling all together.
                    Purchased this just over 1 year ago and it never cooled below 7 or 8 degrees and for past few months coolest is 12-14 degrees. And now it is 20C. Just doesn't cool. There is nothing in it and it hardly ever gets opened. Seems to me like these are built/designed to go in the garbage after a 1 year :(. I have a service request in. They said after 1 year you have to pay which I agreed to. Will see what they say.

                      Broken twice within 6 month after purchase
                      Purchased the product around July’22, then it stop cooling in Jan’23. I need to wait for 2 months for the product to be fixed because all the parts required. It’s nice they are willing to deliver all these parts. Feel like a new fridge is being built. Now it is March’23, couple of weeks after the fridge is “fixed”, it stopped cooling again.

                        Pretty but won’t last long
                        13 months after purchase, it stopped cooling below 50F. My husband was able to get it fixed, however, a year after, it started with the same issue. So annoying since we built that section of our kitchen to fit this specific refrigerator.

                          This wine cooler its bad as it gets. 2nd one I have received and does the same thing over and over. Its not cooling and this "new one" its been only here no longer than 3 month.
