It was a nice match for the style. I was a little leery because it was so cheap. But it has a nice finish and works smoothly. I can't speak to the longevity yet but I figured for the price it was worth the risk.

Handle broke off after weeks
I like the look. However, A few weeks after installation of this faucet, one day, our 6 years old daughter went in bathroom and came out with the handle in her hand. No glue we have tried can keep the handle on long. Sad ...

It worked great for 3 years, then the top handle came off from wear and tear
We installed this faucet in early 2011. It worked great for the past 3 years until it started having some leaking issues the past couple of months. I had to push the top handle down sometimes after I finished using it since I noticed it started dripping and wouldn't stop unless I pushed it down further. Then today...almost 3 years after installation, the top handle just comes off. It's still somewhat usable, but doesn't quite work if you don't put the top of the handle opening into the base unit right. Basically, the top unit's female base had a section come off after wear and tear. Now I have to see what the warranty is on this unit. I never expected that the top handle would just come off so easily only after 3 years of use. Just a warning for those who want something that lasts....

Outstanding, but I had to tweek it
I bought three of these for my household. The faucets shipped quickly, and are solid and heavy with very few flimsy parts. I installed the first two, but barely got any water pressure out of them. I called the company - they figured the blue cartridge in each faucet was bad and sent out new ones. The cartridges didn't change the water pressure. So I pulled out the water flow limiter. It's a tiny orange, disc-shaped piece of plastic (around 1/4" in diameter) that sits beneath the cartridge. Mine were full of junk and a little damaged. After removing them, the faucets worked brilliantly!

Absolutely perfect..
We have a lake home and we have completely (except for the outlet cover!!) made over our main bath, and chose this faucet as I thought it looked like an ole cane fishing pole instead of bamboo, but same difference!! Others have stated that it has slow flow, but it is just like an ole time pump well, & it stops the same.. Wonderful though... It feels as if you are back in time. Love, love, love it!!

Does the job and looks great too!
Easy installation. Instructions are complete.
Operates smoothly from cold to hot.
Drain is 1 1/4, so you most likely will need the adaptor ring.

Expensive looks and quality without the high price
I spent months doing in-store browsing and online comparisons in trying to decide on a faucet and matching tub/shower combo for my bathroom remodel, but finally just took a chance on the Pegasus brand as opposed to going with Kohler, Moen, or Price Pfister. There were a few negative impressions on this model that I came across, but my experience (a month-and-a-half since it was installed) has been nothing but positive. Granted, I didn't have to install it because the Home Depot-certified contractor did that, but its ease of use and functionality have turned out better than I hoped. As for its look, well, that's why I went with the Bamboo Collection faucet, towel bar, tub/shower combo, and toilet paper dispenser in the first place--they give off a more exotic vibe and really impress your guests. The only downside is the brushed nickel finish of the faucet is not as 'Spot-Resistant' as, say, what Moen promises with their faucets...But, well, Pegasus was not offering that.
