Cheap Rubber Feet
After 1 use, I noticed one of the rubber feet seems to have worn down. It may have been like this at the time of purchase, though I do not recall noticing it until after first use.

I bought this November 2020 so I've had it for 3 months. And I love this gorilla, after viewing several I decided to go with this one I like the handles that I can hold onto, the 3 steps that help me reach and touch my ceiling. Plus I have a place to put the paint can or even tools. I really like the wide steps. My old one had steps like the outside ladder. It's easy to open and easy to close and for a 68 year old woman I love it!

This is my go-to ladder pretty much every day. I love this thing. Extremely sturdy and it folds up nice and small. I love the flip out tray, nice touch. Now I just need to pick another one up to keep at home.

Sturdy step ladder. Wife uses it to view over fence to photograph wildlife around the pond. Top tray is very convenient to lay camera down. Ladder appears to be well manufactured. Serves her purpose. Even serves mine since it will hold up to 300 lbs.

JUST What I Needed For Inside Projects
I have an old one step step-stool that isn't high enough for interior cleaning and painting jobs and I have been dragging in a small, but heavy aluminum fold out ladder for years. I decided to look for a 2 or 3 step, very sturdy, but lightweight step-stool and after comparing features and reading reviews, I bought this one on line and my husband picked it up for me at our local HD store. I LOVE IT! It's easy for me to fold open and close, the fold out shelf can hold a paint can and other supplies and it's SUPER sturdy! The handle grip is really good and it's not heavy. It looks nice too. Fits nicely in a corner in our mudroom when not in use.

The BEST possible purchase ever!!! This Gorilla Step Stool (ladder) is very durable: "The one to have". It conveniently locks and unlocks, which makes it extremely safe, so no need to ever worry. I am 5' and am able to reach everywhere. I purchased this Gorilla step stool mid-May 2019 and have used it every day, to reach high areas. All of the steps are non-slip and the wide feet make it safe and stays in place (does not tip over). I was searching on various web sites for a product like this, and decided to go to Home Depot to look at a similar one, that was advertised on their site. However, upon arriving at the store, the model GLHD-3TC which I purchased, was in stock, but was not advertised on their web site.
