Q:Don't bother contacting the Mfg. for help. There's a card in the package saying to CALL THEM FOR HELP then you get an automated msg. saying nobody is there & to visit their website (gemmy.com) and there is NOTHING about this product there. Ridiculous!!!

Q:What is the 'sensor' mode? Some say audible, others motion, how does it actually work???? If audible, what do you say, if motion, where does it detect motion. THERE IS NOTHING ABOUT THIS IN THE OWNER MANUAL.

I absolutely love THE GRINCH!!! I wanted this for the longest time. Then when it went on sale, I knew it was definitely meant to be. Set up was easy. Delivery came fast. Everything was perfect! Thank you Home Depot. Highly recommend!!

I was disappointed in the grinch because I thought it was to be motion activated but literally only activated if a very loud noise was made. Was going t return but had it all put together.

Upon setup the body doesn’t move. The sensor is random so most of the time the music doesn’t play and it’s never based upon the same trigger that sets it off. Walk past it goes off, do the same thing five minutes later and it won’t. Touch it, works, next time, won’t. It looks great but it was a bit expensive for a plush character that just stands there.
