Product not the same as in the past -- manufacturer now uses 14 gauge wire instead of 12. Home Depot should reconsider this product.
I bought my first 50-foot roll of this product 2 years ago. I live in a very windy valley in Montana where we get drifting snow all winter. This product as purchased in 2019 has continued to perform and has not broken once. Encouraged, I bought three more rolls last summer to further protect my road from blowing snow. While one of the rolls seemed to be using the stronger 12 gauge wire, the other two were noticeably (to the human eye) using thinner gauge wire. I also measured the gauge. Well, the results were unfortunately obvious. The two rolls using 14 gauge wire broke in multiple places--in fact, one roll was no damaged it is practically useless (see photos). $70 down the drain. Actually more like $140 since two of the fences broke in multiple locations. If you are using this for light duty use other than its intended purpose--trapping snow to control drifts--then you might be fine. But if you wish to purchase this product with the intent that it will stop snow in blowing conditions, shop elsewhere. You'll be shoveling more than just snow--broken slats of fence. See pictures proving my case.

I am an artist and used the fencing horizontally to hang paintings from in my 10 x 10 show tent. For that purpose the fencing worked perfectly! I attached with screws to 1 x 2s at the top and middle for support and then attached the 1 x 2s to the tent's four up right posts. I was very pleased!

If you don't expect it to do heavy duty service, you'll be happy. We used it to separate the lawn area from the surrounding woods; a subtle message to stay out of the tick/poison ivy woods. I would not expect it to do anything more heavy duty than that. It's attractive. While the wire binding is strong, the slats are fragile and break easily. Hope it lasts for a season or two.

This product performed as recommended. Very easy to handle. Set it up about 3 weeks ago and has held up fine. I took some 6 1/2' rebar and drove it in the ground for temporary support/posts.

Used as sand fence on dune after Hurricane Irma. The fence when installed cross ways to the wind slows down the blowing sand. This should help the dune recover quicker and slow erosion.

This product worked out great. If you need to close off an area that has natural habitat this is the one to use, light weight and can give way if pushed on with out to much damage to the natural habitat, animals and people. I would buy this product again, as a matter of fact this is the third time to order this item.

Easy to install, but 1-3 of the slats on each roll broke immediately when it was unrolled. Works fine as my dog fence, but I have to fix that in multiple spots. Only been up for a few weeks. Might paint it for longevity
