Bad micro USB port
I've had 2 of these. The best parts of this light are the low price, flexible mounting options and the nonproprietary charging port (ie, it’s just usb, not some weird plug you’ll loose). But the fatal flaw is that charging port. The attachment to the PCB is terrible and fails after a few uses. Also, as noted elsewhere, the battery takes to long to charge.
I’m going to try the Milwaukee which is a lot more $ but is a quality company.

Great for close range
For $20 this little light stick is awesome for use around auto repair. Which is what I use it for. It's thin and goes into the tightest areas The magnet looked small but it holds it own weight just fine. The USB charging port is a great idea since we all have those around. Specialty plugs get lost over time but you'll always be able to use any USB cable to charge this. The 5 volt charger does take a long time to recharge at first. I have mine stuck on the wall next to the metal outlet and leave it plugged in so it's always ready. It has not run out of charge while using it so far. I just got this and used it for about 3 weeks so far in my shop. I don't know how tough the plastic shell is I have not dropped it yet. This unit has 6 LED's I wish they made a 12 LED version in the same size.
