AnswersYou may well have a charging issue rather than a battery issue. I live in Washington state and when I started using these lights this summer they seemed to work fine, but now that we are down to less than 10 hours of daylight and a lower sun angle, the solar panels charge the batteries only enough to power the lights for two to three hours after sunset.

Hampton Bay 45 Lumens Solar Black Outdoor LED Landscape Spotlight are the answer to up lightning landscape highlights and to keep the proper light that is correct for the American Flag from dust to dawn. They are easy to install and blend in with the landscape. I have four units. One on the flag and three on the palm. As you will see in the pictures how well they look.

This is a very nice solar led landscape spotlight. Item arrived well packaged. The light housing is made of hard plastic with a clear plastic lens and comes with a plastic stake. The solar panel swivels, so you are able to set the spotlight in different positions. It also has an on/off switch. The brightness on this solar landscape light is amazing! This is by far the best solar landscape light I’ve owned. The spotlights have lasted approximately 8 - 10 hours after dark with full sun throughout the day. The best placement is in direct sunlight, so to get maximum light throughout the night. I have mine placed to illuminate my palm trees. I also included a picture, to show the illumination on my home. These landscape spotlights have held up and give my palm trees a nice look at night. I also like that the rechargeable battery can be replaced, when it’s time. The spotlight does come with a rechargeable battery for immediate placement. Overall I am happy with the functionality of these spotlights.

These lights are very well made a durable.
The light and the solar cell can be positioned independent of each other to come extend to both position the light where you want it, and to get the solar panel into as much light as it needs.
The solar battery is replaceable to allow for many years of service.
Very easy to place the stake in the ground and position, just switch on and it's ready.
Good style that looks great too.
Unlike some, these hold up real well.

These are the BEST!
I started with buying two. I didn’t want to buy too many if I they didn’t work. I was skeptical. I thought how can something so inexpensive work so good? I took my lights home, took off the protective coating, turned them on, let them charge in the sun all day before “planting” them by two of our many palm trees. Let me tell you, I was SO impressed I went to my local Home Depot the next day and bought 5 more! Did the same thing, let them charge all day in the sun then “planted”more lights by our palm trees. One thing lead to another and I ended up buying 22 solar lights over a 7 day period! The lovely cashier at my favorite store (1018) always was shocked when I went through her line toting more almost daily! I will be buying more for our front yard as soon as our store gets more in. You can’t beat the price! Buy some! You will not be disappointed!
