2 piece bracket is nice but the bolts to hold...
2 piece bracket is nice but the bolts to hold the base must be exactly long enough for the included nuts. I ended up using 8/32 nuts, 2 on each bolt. I cailked the base and the nuts.

Good, inexpensive porch light
A perfectly good little porch light at a super low cost. Great for apartments when you want to keep the cost down. I added this porch light to my porch as it lacked lighting. It was easy to install and works perfectly. The metal housing is a little flimsy feeling, but the glass bulb cover is very solid. Should last fine in covered locations. Wouldn't trust the metal to last in wet locations. I put a LED bulb with a remote in mine, and the remote works fine through the glass cover.

Great replacement at an economical price
Purchased this outdoor light to replace an older light with a broken glass cover. Needed to get things fixed quickly, economically, and right, and this light exceeded expectations!
Installation was a snap (the hardest part was cleaning up the cobwebs that were in the box behind the unsealed older unit) and took maybe ten minutes, tops. Added an LED bulb and voila! A bead of sealant on the top 3/4 of the unit finished up the job for keeps. Well worth the grand total of $10 for light + LED bulb!

Good for the price
Good product if you are looking for a cheap light. Easy to install. In the photo, the two light fixtures on the left are 5 1/2 years old and the one on the right, which was exposed to harsher weather, is a little over 3 years old. So if you don’t mind replacing these or painting every 3-5 years, go for it.
