Does the 24 deep wall bridge (over fridge) require side panels in addition to the wall installation?
Hi Christina - While side panels or fillers are not required when this cabinet is installed next to a wall, please keep in mind that when the doors open, the hinges allow for 108 degrees of range. That may cause the doors to come in contact with an adjacent wall. To be sure you get the best fit for your project, please reach out to your local Home Depot and discuss your needs with a designer in the Kitchen Cabinet Department. Can a range hood be installed under the bridge cabinet that is vented to the outside? I understand that probably cutting a hole in the cabinet for the vent will ruin the warranty for that cabinet but can it be done?
While we do not foresee any issues by doing so, as long as the cabinet is properly secured to the wall, we recommend you reach out to your local Home Depot.
