Nice conversation set. The assembly was somewhat easy. The holes didn't always line up so you'll definitely want help from a power drill and someone else to force line ups while you assemble. Cat approved!

The furniture was easy to put together, a little time consuming, took about 1hr 15m to put together 4 chairs and both tables by myself. (This includes taking everything out if the box and cleaning up after.) Another 10-15 mins to put all the covers on the cushions. It takes a while to tighten all the bolts once you have the frame together. And it's important to make sure that you don't tighten the bolts completely before you have the frame all together, otherwise it will make it hard to line up the bolts that follow the first set you put in. In all everything was well packed and arrived undamaged, except the cushion inserts. The side stitching on those was undone but since it was going inside a cover it wasn't a big deal, will likely be a bigger problem when it comes to changing cushion covers. I'm short so it's comfy to sit on even without the cushions. Not so much for my 6'+ husband. Very comfy for everyone with the cushions in place. Would definitely buy again assuming it holds up well over time.

An “I could have been a contender” patio set that just fell short in execution. The Hampton Bay Harper Creek outdoor patio chair set model H087-01244900 is a three-piece set consisting of two chairs with cushions and a table. The chairs are brown powder coated steel frames with plastic “look like wicker” webbing that makes this set very weather resistant and fairly low maintenance. The table is all powder coated steel with a small amount of plastic webbing around the outside edge. The seat cushion is 5” thick, is formed fitted to the seat area and is custom covered with the color of your choice. The back cushion is more pillow type and plenty thick enough for comfort and have the same color customization covering. The fabric is outdoor rated so somewhat course in texture but repels spills, water, stains and resists fading due to dun light. The chairs seat height without cushion is 13 inches and 18 inches with the cushion so fairly low to the ground. The backs are slightly angled, so a very comfortable seating position is provided especially with the addition of the cushions. The table is 23 inches round and 25 inches high with adjustable feet on each leg perfect for uneven surfaces. Assembly took approx. 3 hrs. total for both chairs and table and only required a supplied Allen wrench. Chair assembly will require two people in order to connect the seat with the back but other than that it’s a one person build. Things I did not like, while the welds ere very bad looking they were secure, functional and I had no assembly issues with them they just look amateurish. The arm mounting points missed by a whole inch (see photo) causing me to bend the arm to get it to fit. All the while I’m bending, I’m stressing about popping a weld on the thin metal. This is unacceptable, a simple jig or fixture at the OEM would have been a simple fix for this issue. This misalignment is a common complaint in reviews of this product. One leg was missing a foot (see photo). You can tell when something was installed and fell out, in this case nothing was installed, unacceptable. Wrong seat coverings supplied, and I really tried to make it fit. There is no way that cushion is going to fit into the supplied seat covering (see photo) so it must go to some other cushion set. Things I liked; these chairs are really comfortable seating. The physical comfort of the chairs is pleasurable and relaxing. The chairs and table are very sturdy when assembled. This is a nice patio set that just fell short due to silly things like missing, incorrectly made and totally wrong parts. Had these issues not happened this would have been a really nice patio set. Unfortunately, many other reviewers have had similar issues. So due to all the reoccurring short comings the best I can give my receipt of this product is an average rating. Product is recommended but caution is advised.

I ordered 2 sets and one of the sets was missing hardware for assembly. HD customer Service is getting the vendor to send me hardware. I assembled 2 of the chairs and could not get one arm attached due to holes Not lining up. So, I took an arm from the box that is waiting for hardware and now have 2 of the 4 chairs assembled. These are very comfortable, especially if you are short, and they look really good. However, The wicker on these chairs is very thin compared to the Hampton Bay Cambridge set I ordered previously and I worry it won’t hold up. Time will tell. You do get a lot for your money with the Hampton Bay patio Furniture HD sells. This my third set in 6 months (Oak Cliff dining set, Cambridge conversation set) but I would probably opt for the Cambridge conversation set instead Of the Harper Creek although The Cambridge is for taller people. The Cambridge set just seems like better quality; thicker wicker and every hole lined up and assembly was easy.

The chair seat fabric is pretty coarse. It also was not easy to put together, listen to the folks saying the screws don't line up because it's true. A lot of manhandling and fighting the chairs to get them put together, took me a solid two hours for a grand total of basically 8 steps between 3 furniture pieces and I'm worried the angling of the screws will weaken them over the long term. Also the chairs are a lot wider than expected and took up a lot of space. Honestly if I wasn't so invested by the build effort and tired of trying to furnish my balcony I would consider returning them

Very nice furniture and good quality. Side table looks bigger in person, seats are comfy, BUT it was a big pain to put together.... be prepared to spend 2 hours on this. The holes did not allign so I had to force the metal to line up and screw it in

It was not the easiest to assemble by one person however once assembled I am overall very pleased with this set.
