Orleans 5-Piece Eucalyptus Outdoor Dining Set with CushionGuard Almond Cushions

Cute and great size for my patio. But it did not age well over the winter. It’s not even a year old and the finish is pealing & wood separating.

Received the set about 3 days after ordering. Unpackaged everything for assembly, was less than impressed with quality. There was some discoloration on a few of the wood pieces and many of the joints had wood still in the holes. Last chair not finished due to a cheap crew stripping out at end. No extra hardware. Was told to return it all for a new set instead of some extra hardware .

Screws don’t fit , Allen wrench is to weak for screws

I've had this set for a few months now and it's held up very well. The installation was a little time consuming and I had a few of the screws strip out on me which required a trip to HD to replace, but not a big deal now that it's together. I ended up redrilling the holes so the remaining screws would go in easier without stripping. The cushions are plush and comfortable to sit on. The wood looks great and will age softly over time. I am very happy with this outdoor dining set.

The Hampton Bay Orleans outdoor dining set is well engineered and will last a long time with normal use. The joints on the seats are reinforced to where the load is well supported. Not a fan of the cushions as they felt like you were sitting on a rock. But the quality of the unit is such good quality, I'd rather go buy another set of cushions that I like better. The unit is very easy to put together and the instructions are very easy to understand. I highly recommend this product.

This set came in pieces to be assembled ! From opening to final assembly was only a couple of hours working alone. Every piece was crafted to fit!. One of the quickest and easiest assemblies I have done. The Eucalyptus wood looked great! The cushions have removable covers which is great for winter storage. The instructions advise to oil the wood to keep it looking new. I did this after assembly , however , it was not necessary. We placed our set on the covered back porch using three chairs for our normal setting and the forth in a adjacent corner as a standby for visitors. We have enjoyed many evenings having dinner in the cool air and expect many more in future years.

The table and all chairs were tightly nested in two large cardboard boxes and were packed extremely well to avoid damage in transit. Assembly is required prior to use. Nuts, bolts, screws, a wrench and two Allen hex tools, and assembly instructions are included. Each part is labeled alphabetically with a sticker which corresponds to illustrations in the assembly instructions. When assembling the chairs, its important to ensure the seat is oriented properly, so that the flat part faces up. I wasn’t paying attention and assembled the second chair incorrectly, and had to take it completely apart and rebuild it. The threaded screws are long and fit very tightly into their holes. The metal is soft and rounds easily, so to avoid rounding the hex head before the screw is completely tightened down, I lubricated each hole and the threads of each screw with a light lubricating oil. Even still, it was a chore to work the screws down tight using the hex tool The table and chairs all went together well, with holes aligning properly. The approx.. 3-inch thick seat cushions fit the seats well and are comfortable. The lumbar cushion is just a fluffy square pillow that is propped up against the arched back of the chair. The set is constructed of weather and insect-resistant Eucalyptus, so I expect it will stand up to the elements well. Each chair weighs about 20 lbs. and will support stationery weight of up to 350lbs. This outdoor dining set would look great on a porch, deck, patio, fire pit or pool area. The table and assembled chairs are super solid and look amazing in our backyard patio space. Highly recommend!

This outdoor dining set is wooden and very well made. It comes with a three foot squared table, four wooden chairs, and fours seat and back-rest cushions. The wood is a medium color which means you can buy other cushions in different colors and it will match. Since it is wooden and not metal, it does not get too hot out in the sun. The table has small groves in it so keeps things balanced, yet the set is very sturdy too.

We purchased this set for our new home and were so very excited! This set was a complete HEADACHE to build. The screws we received to build both the table and chairs were such poor quality and completely stripped immediately upon attempt to build. We used the allen wrench that came with the set and even that stripped with screws. I am so disappointed after spending nearly $1,000 for this outdoor dining set. On top of that, within 1 day of use, our table cracked, right down the middle.

This elegant but casual dining set is just what I wanted for my deck. It is the perfect size in the corner using two of the chairs when it is just us. The set is made of heavy FSC certified weather resistant Eucalyptus wood. It is the natural color with a protective sealant. The square thirty four inch table has rounded corners with a border of solid wood and spaced out slats filling out the center. The rain does not pool but drains. Four wide comfortable captains chairs with slatted backs each have a firm flat seat cushion and a pillow for the back. The almond color cushion guard fabric combats against stains and fading. The assembly was not too difficult. We had do ream out some of the bolt holes and drill down some screw holes, but it was mostly the weight of the parts. The other chairs are used just for reading if not needing the table.
