These chairs are a replacement for some that have torn. Or they may be just extras that is the beauty of these. The white goes with everything and the swivel part is an added bonus. They come in a fairly substantial box weighing about 45 pounds so letting you know. They will add flair and look nice with wrought iron or an aluminum table I have. Style is very contemporary.

Well-built patio furniture! These Hampton Bay Riverbrook Shell White Swivel Aluminum Padded Sling Outdoor Patio Dining Chairs (2-Pack) are well built, elegant, and durable. First they come well packed to make sure they are not scratched or bent during shipping and handling. Next, assembly is detailed, but straight forward with adequate instructions to put them both together in under an hour. All the tools needed are included! Once assembled, you will see the quality and beauty. The material is more solid than the lesser quality see-through scrim. The appearance f the material is very nice, clean, and “expensive”. It should be easy to clean and maintain for many years. The chair frame has a great powder coat type finish that feels great when you rest your arms on the arm rests. The painted appearance is of the highest quality. The back of the chair is taller than the common patio chair. These extra few inches make these chairs feel like royalty. I love these chairs and highly recommend them.

I have been needing some outdoor swivel chairs as I like to sit on my back porch during the evenings. These Hampton Bay aluminum padded swivel chairs were easy to assemble. The hardware was clearly labeled and the instructions were easy to follow. Assembly took about 10 minutes per chair and extra hardware was included.
The chairs are comfortable and made of quality parts. The shell white is bright and the padding is comfortable to relax in and watch the sunset. I did not notice a weight limit, but I am 225 and feel they are sturdy. I am very pleased with these Hampton Bay outdoor swivel chairs.

These chairs are awesome. Not only do they look great, the fit into most any decor. The size of the chair is perfect. The right height, the right weight and most of all the right design. When you sit, the back is shaped to support you back, not like a hard piece of metal but with a soft comfortable fabric. I love the way they swivel, makes getting up from the table very easy. When it rains, just tilt the chair and all the water runs off in just a little while. Great product

The chairs exceed expectations in appearance and comfort. The frame is light-weight aluminum and the chairs are easy to move. Nonetheless, they are sturdy and well-built. The chairs gently rock, and swivel 360 degrees. The height is NOT adjustable. ~
The wide seat is a great fit for “larger” people, and the 300-lb capacity rating is a plus. ~
The chairs are very comfortable. They have padding, but it is minimal. There is a trade-off with the mesh “fabric” because while it is cool (allows air to circulate), the fabric tends to scratch a little. ~
Assembly is required (easy!): attach the arms, attach the back, mount the tilt/swivel to the bottom, then insert the chair into the stand. ~
All parts are included, shrink wrapped and coded. Two open-ended disposable wrenches are included. The chairs use metric bolts, and I used my own wrench (#13). I also cut a piece of cardboard from the shipping box to use as a work area to protect the finish from the cement.

These Hampton Bay patio dining chairs are a very good value. I found the construction to be sturdy but you will do need some light assembly. The frames are all aluminum and have a decent matte white finish on the frames. The sling is padded which I am not a fan of because they look to be harder to keep clean but they are comfortable. The chair is a swivel but the way the mount is designed you do get a little spring with the base. My only nits to pick are: 1. the hardware is not great. I) snapped one of the bolts while tightening up the arms to the seat. But there are two extra of each item so it wasn't a major issue. 2) The finish is a bit uneven but but since it is white it is not a huge issue. #) we have then on a balcony with a locking tile flooring and they tend to slide and do not have a pad to keep the base from moving. Again not a huge issue. These are aluminum so they should last a very long time compared to steel chairs that are throw away purchases. The slings should be replaceable if they wear out or get too dirty. Overall I'm happy but trying to give a good first hand review.

Hampton Bay Riverbrook Espresso Brown Swivel Aluminum Padded Sling Outdoor Patio Dining Chairs (2-Pac ) They are made from extremely light weight aluminum. There were no printed instructions only one sheet of paper informing the purchaser to download an app. So I did and they were not so specific and the time it takes to look for the specific model was not what I had in mind. So.... after some time I got one chair done and I went on to do the other and realized that, instead of two swivel chairs bases, I only got one! Still in all I do like the way the chair feels and that it comfortable.

I needed some extra seating to go with my outdoor patio dining table. I saw the Hampton Bay Riverbrook collection and it was exactly what I was looking for! The padded sling and swivel dining chairs were super easy to put together and all the hardware was included on 1 piece of cardboard for each chair. I had them both put together in record time. No special tools were needed since they included the allen wrench and hex wrenches. When I sat in it, I was like WOW! For real!
- Chairs are super easy to swivel from side to side
- Seating area is cushiony and I can sit in it for hours and not be bothered
- Despite sitting outside in high humidity, these chairs “breathe” and are not at all hot to sit in
- No pressure points are felt against your body throughout this chair
- Chairs are made of aluminum and are not heavy at all to move from one place to another
- With these being rust and weather-resistant, they are basically maintenance free!
- There is even some “spring action” where I can rock forward and backward, as opposed to being in a
fixed position
- The white color gives it a “clean” look
We frequently have BBQ's and now that we have enough seating, there is no “fighting” for the good chairs (i.e. these chairs).

The chairs arrived in a large box on a 40” x 47” pallet weighing about 80 pounds total. Inside everything was packed very carefully and tightly. Some pieces were tie wrapped together so there was no movement inside the box during transit. The instructions were very easy to understand and there are only 4 steps for assembly. Attach arms to seat, attach back to seat, attach bottom plate to seat and then put this assembly into the swivel base. All in all it took about 20 minutes for each chair. Do yourself a favor and do not use the provided wrenches. They are too delicate and your knuckles will appreciate not using them. Instead use a couple of 13 mm wrenches or a wrench and a socket to save yourself time. The sling fabric is thick and very comfortable to sit in. It’s also durable, water resistant and easy to maintain. The swivel rotates smoothly and feels pretty sturdy. The chairs can accommodate up to 300 pounds.

This River Brook espresso brown swivel aluminum padded sling outdoor patio dining chair is fantastic, and comfortable as well. It has a spring to it so I could put my feet up on the Ottoman while we’re sitting. It put together very well, and I did it myself did not require any special tools other than the tools they gave you. I have a lot of tools so I used my electric screwdriver and put on a hex nut screw Turner. And I also use large wrenches that I had it gave me more torque and was easier to put together. Other than that it came with all tools necessary to put together. Being that it’s aluminum, won’t have to worry about it rusting from the sprinklers. And the color of the chairs happens to match the color of the coffee table that we have. And it has a weight capacity of 300 pounds,So large members of the family could come over and visit and we can leave them outside
