Tallarook 11 in. 4-Light Oxide Brass Semi Flush Mount Ceiling Light

Nice elegant look in our hallway!! Not as sturdy built as I expected but it’s doing its job.

I bought this light at the begging of my daughter. I wasn’t particularly fond of it in the store. Once I got it home and installed it I was even more disappointed. For as pricy as this fixture is, it is cheaply made. The bracket that gets mounted to the ceiling box bent when the light was installed. The weight from the light actually pulled it away from the ceiling. There is now a 3/8 inch gap from the ceiling to the fixture. They could have made the side screws longer to make the install a little easier. And they could have had the screw holes recessed a bit to line the screw up much easier. Despite my best effort, I can’t get the fixture square either. Awful purchase. Very disappointed.

The hardest part of the install was fishing the wires through the slim tubes but that was about it. Nice like overall. My only wish was that it was a little bit brighter, but that’s just a personal taste. It’s 10 X better than what I had in it’s place before . . . Lol

The fixture looks good once install, but installation was a huge pain. Getting the screws lined up with the mount bracket takes some luck and a lot of patience. I needed a second person to help, not that the fixture is heavy its just awkward to install. What should have been a 20 min project took over an hour.

This is really pretty hanging in our hallway and it updates the look. This sits close to the ceiling. Highly recommend.

Im a big review reader but i failed to do so on this light. My wife saw it and loved the look so we bought it. I figured, its just a light. Well like alot of the 1-2 star reviews stated, this light has some weight to it. And the mounting bracket is very flimsy and cheap. I tightened everything i could as far as it would go and still ended up with about a 1/4” gap. But only on one side. The light is for our mud room and it was a pain in the butt to put up. So thats where it will stay for now. I reccomend having two people to install this if your still willing to give it a chance. But for me and the $88 it cost, i would not. One more thing, this light hangs very crooked. I was able to bend it a little to the point where we were happy with it. Just hope it doesnt continue to droop over time

Love the light! It is simple to install, and the light is fabulous! With having 4 bulbs, it is perfect for that dark space you need to brighten up! There are glass panels among the frame, but does not diffuse the light, you will get maximum light value. We chose to put LED candelabra bulbs in, and they are perfect for this light! Pros: Ease of install, Classic but modern aesthetic, 4-bulb brightness Cons: none!

Annoying design through and through. Have to snake wire twice through a very narrow hole that is too narrow to fit all three wires easily. And with two threading points, amplifies any sort of crooked angle that is caused by this. Due to that it is very crooked no matter which angle you are facing it. Not to mention each mini post which holds the bulbs were also crooked. Very awkward and difficult install for one person. And even with two, this mounts with two tiny screws on the side with not a lot of room for your hand to start threading. Speaking of just two screws, that is not enough to support the heavy weight of this. Needs a beefier bracket, as a result this weighs the whole thing down and causes a gap and will not sit flush. Not to mention if someone tries to change bulbs they will be flexing this light and wobbling it very easily. Again due to the insufficient bracket and narrow post design.
