A: Thank you for your question. Yes, there is a battery in the wall control. The battery compartment is located under the timer and comfort breeze buttons. The battery cover can be removed using a small screwdriver to pry the cover off.
A: Thank you for your question. Technically, one wall control could control 3 fans if each had the same receiver and all 3 were set to the same dip switch settings. We would not recommend using one wall control to control 3 fans because it could lead to operational issues if all 3 fans do not receive the remote signal at the same time and get out of sync. In general, we recommend using one remote to control each fan independently.
A: Yes. It is still being sold. Mfr is Hampton Bay, which is Home Depot brand.

A: Thank you for your question. This wall switch will only work with the Baxton fan if the original receiver is replaced with the one included with the wall switch. The wall switch will not be compatible with the original receiver and can not be used in conjunction with the original remote included with the fan.
A: It should. Just make sure you hook up all the wires correctly for the light and the fan and make sure the settings are the same if you are using 2 controls for 1 ceiling fan.
