Sturdy Ottomans
These ottomans were much better than I anticipated given the price. They were easy to put together by myself with the supplies tools. The cushions bead up water but I wouldn’t leave them outside in the rain. The fabric also has a smell that needs to off gas but that should dissipate in time. Overall very happy with my purchase.

We are really enjoying the Ottomans which complete a new patio set by Home Depot. sitting on comfortable chairs with a nice view is a great experience, but it takes it to a whole new level when you can put your feet up! :-)

Beautiful look, very comfortable, great value these chairs and ottomans are a great buy. Assembly a little tricky in small spaces, but not difficult and worth it.

This is the worst purchase experience I have ever had. One of the ottomans came with steel not drilled out in one of the holes, so I could not put screw through said hole. I contacted Home Depot regarding the need for replacement piece. While customer service was pleasant, I found the manufacturer was not responsive. I am still waiting, at present, 9 days and counting for reply that a replacement piece will be coming. This is not acceptable when you have partial assembled furniture waiting to be used. I found the Hampton Bay Windsor ottomans and chairs to have poor quality control when it comes to the pre drilled holes and alignment of them. I also purchased the chairs and had to go to local hardware store to buy longer screws as so I could attach the seats to back of chairs as did not line up. I would not recommend these chairs.

This item look great, was fairly easy to install. When installing be sure to have a partner help you hold the pieces in place. I purchased the complete set, sofa, table etc. Some of the screw holes are a little rough to screw into. Be careful to not strip the screwhead.

Pros: looks good. Sturdy. Size is reasonable. Great value for the money.
Cons: Not easy to install. All bolts connections are at a very tight corners makes it so difficult to tighten the long bolts with the provided allen key. Provided Bolt heads are very soft and will strip it tighten with a power tool.

Beautiful, high quality, very high end at a great price. We purchased the matching chairs as well. Fairly heavy once assembled and very sturdy. The cushions are not physically attached but they fit snugly between the sides so we have had no problems with wind blowing them off. Color is almost exact to the online pictures (cushion may look slightly lighter in direct sunlight) - exactly the color I was looking for though. Highly recommend!

We are extremely pleased with our chairs and ottomans. They shipped in a timely fashion. It took my husband about 45 min to an hour to assemble and the assembly was easy. The chairs and ottomans exceeded our expectations. They are well-made, extremely comfortable, and absolutely beautiful! We are so happy with our items.
