Does exactly what was needed. Our builder put in tiny 3" shower head arms that were too high and didn't accomodate the shower heads we wanted. This screwed right on and blends in nicely with the existing chrome shower arm. No leaks, no issues. I'm buying a couple more now.

These extensions worked perfectly. Not sure who installed the shower plumbing at this new house but the shower pipe is ridiculously high. Was difficult to adjust the shower head even for me and I’m 6 feet tall.
