I have found seasonal items are sometimes hard to find.as the holiday gets closer - its only store stock availability. If its after the holiday , it may be marked down in price but not even available to purchase. at that point it seems there isnt accurate stock kept accounted for and its only what the stores have left maybe as returns or store displays. you would have to call each store separately to be sure.
Please call Home Depot Customer Service and request a replacement motor.
I looked online with no luck. home depot customer support is 1-877-527-0313 , that number is the only phone number or contact on the home accents merchandise that Home Depot sells. maybe give them a call.
the button on the back of the control box at the witches back. settings are constant on, on at motion detection , and off. plus the motion sensor is on the front of the cauldron, make sure it is not covered by the fabric.
Use Step Pad in OFF setting. Pressure on the pad will activate the Witches for 1 cycle.

Hi Rick, thanks for that. It is the wattage, not volts, that I need to know. It is because it is lower voltage that I need to know the watts. Step downs are sold based on wattage required.

It clearly states INDOOR use only even though it is listed as OUTDOOR Halloween decor. Bought the motorcycle guy last year and was not happy when I figured this out. I don't wan't to have to worry about bringing in and out or covering. Didn't get to even use since it rained on our trick or treat night ;(
