A:  Thank you for your question- 100% waterproof silicone caulking. No GE adhesive should be used.

    Q:Just ordered this side splash (46682) for vanity top that I just received (SKU 1000695174). There is another item (42682) - looks exactly the same but is priced $44.99. Did I order the right side splash?

    A:  1/10/20--I ordered the granite vanity top beige with biscuit basin, SKU 1000703810 internet 100466248. A couple of weeks later the sidesplash in beige was ordered, SKU 1000697344, internet 100048075. PERFECT match. Hope this helps!!

      A:  Thanks for your question. Those sidesplashes are exactly the same. I'm not sure why Home Depot has them labeled different.

        A:  I purchased the same backsplash 3 yrs ago. After comparing both backsplashes, it looks like the other more expensive backsplash is the same product. ? Must be a mistake on the HD site. I've encountered mistakes before. I'd check with Home Depot though to be certain.

          A:  You have the right side splash for that sink but understand these pieces are cut from extremely close pieces of natural granite, so it will match almost perfect but not perfect. I don’t know why it is so cheap but good for you. I did my bathroom last summer and paid $27.99.

                A:  The front edge of the granite top is scalloped, the side piece fits fine

                  A:  I have the same sink and just measured to confirm. The back splash is the same width as the sink, so the side splash guard installs in front. Or side splash measures 20" (okay, 20.25", but who's counting tolerances). When installed, there is about a 0.38" reveal at the front of the sink that remains (see image). No worries for us, the sink looks great once installed. Good luck with the installation.

                    Incompetent Listing
                    This side splash is advertised along with my vanity’s depth as 20” deep and backsplash as 4” high. Guess what the backsplash on the vanity is 3 3/4”high and the vanity’s depth is 18”. So the side splash splash could not be installed as it would have looked ridiculous so I have to return it and will not have a side splash. I tried to get help from customer service and all they could say is return the vanity which is hard because I paid to have it installed before we discovered the incorrectly advertised dimensions. What a way to run a business!!!

                    Exposed end of sidesplash was chipped before being sent and I am having a lot of trouble trying to get a replacement. My vanity is installed without a sidesplash. they can't match color with vanity top even though they have color code from order form, a picture of the sink showing the color code and now a picture of the vanity. It has been 3 weeks now customer service not so helpful.
