Questions & Answers
On the app, the pictures that load for the flush versus the semi-flush appear to be backwards. I would like to order the shorter/flush version but I wanted to verify prior. Thanks.
You're right, they have it backwards and have not fixed it. I bought the semi-flush mount at the store which is shown as flush mount on here.
Thank you for reaching out. The model HD19546SF refers to the semi-flush mount. The flush mount version is Item #1008066751, Model HD19546F. We hope this answers your question. If you have any further questions or need additional information, please contact customersupport@dslighting.com.
Can the center column be shortened?
The center column on the Brookley semi flush cannot be shortened.
Are the bulbs easy to replace?
For the Brookley semi flush mount the diffuser glass would need to be removed to change the bulbs. On Home Depot's website if you go to look at this fixture the assembly instructions are on the page.
I like the looks of the Brookley 14 in 2-light semi flush mount but the canopy diameter is only 5 in. My ceiling can is 6 in. I would need to use a medallion to get the finished look I want. Can you recommend a medallion for this fixture?
Unfortunately we cannot recommend a medallion for this fixture as we do not have specifics for the room it is in.
Can thus be used on a sloped ceiling?
The Brookley semi flush cannot be used on a sloped ceiling.
Can this be installed as a flush mount? The flush mount SKU is out of stock…and more expensive?
No, that is why there is a flush mount model. Mike
Can this light fixture be used in a steamy bathroom?
This light fixture is damp rated. It can be used in a bathroom but cannot get wet.
Hello! Can the glass on the bottom be removed? Or is it something that is glued to the fabric? I would like it without...thanks
The glass on the bottom of the Brookley fixture is not glued to the fabric.
