AnswerI have no idea if this will help, but the installation manual says: "Questions, problems, missing parts? Before returning to the store, call Home Decorators Collection Customer Service 8 a.m. – 7 p.m., EST, Monday-Friday 9 a.m. – 6 p.m., EST, Saturday 1-800-986-3460" I bought an extra fixture so I would have spare parts.

AnswersYou will want to re-lamp them to illuminate a hallway. We replaced the supplied bulbs with these https://www.homedepot.com/p/Philips-60-Watt-Equivalent-ST19-Dimmable-Vintage-Edison-LED-Light-Bulb-Soft-White-with-Warm-Glow-Dimming-Effect-2700K-4-Pack-556530/312440428#overlay "Soft White" LED lamps. At full brightness, they are comfortable for reading, but they dim nicely when you want "ambiance".

Awesome lights and great price!
We updated our 20 year old guest bath with two Evelyn sconces over two sinks. We were really impressed with the design, packaging, and the quality - especially for the price. We realized you can leave off the top ring for a different look which we choose to do. I’ve included a picture with that ring. We like these lights so much, we bought another one that’s the 2 light version in bronze and gold for our other bathroom.

This sconce is metal with a bronze finish, and has a clear glass shade. The shade attaches with a threaded metal collar. It appears to have 3 thumbscrews to attach it, but these are faux. It’s rated for a 60 watt bulb, a vintage/Edison style bulb is included. It’s a nice, well made sconce, was easy to install to an existing wall box, and mounting hardware & wire nuts are included.

Installing a light fixture like this should be easy, just connect the wires, but for me it took about 3 hours, and I'm still not real happy with it. It is a nice looking sconce, but installing it was a frustrating experience. Pros: the design and finish are quality and it was packaged very well, and there was an Edison bulb included in the package. Cons: The bolts that hold the fixture to the plate covered the holes for the bolts that attach the plate to the electrical box in the wall. I had to remove the box and reposition it at an angle so I could attach the plate to the box. The bolts that hold the fixture to the plate are too long and poorly designed. They should have been the correct size to be able tighten down the bolts and attach the fixture with the caps without having to guess at the proper position of the bolts to secure the fixture. The fixture sags just a bit because it doesn't tightened down completely. The instructions regarding this could be more clear. The other big disappointment is that the glass globe has flaws and bubbles that are noticeable.
