Faulty Design
The bracket would be fine except the entire structural integrity relies on one tiny bolt that is threaded into one piece of the bracket, which for me immediately stripped out with the slightest torque on installation, thus falling apart before much weight or use got out of it. Poor design and poor quality material. I’m going to just run a nut and bolt through the holes and be done with it.

Bracket is too small and pierces the drywall.
Very poor design by a company that does not understand basic physics. You cannot hole up two long curtain rods with a small sharp bracket. The weight dents the drywall and the curtain droops.
This design is broken. I will be finding new brackets to purchase.

Holds curtains too far from the window to insulate the house sadly. Average quality, bad instructions, and too deep/large in design.

Not as pictured, no locking screw holes, only two regular screw holes to mount with. Ordered online and chose store pickup. Upon realizing item was not as advertised (called store and they checked all were the same) tried to do a return online and customer service supervisor "Tanda" on homedepot.com was not helpful, seemed perturbed that she had to actually speak to someone, was nasty and would not facilitate a return. So don't believe the website that says free returns. Very inconvenient.
