Shutter 74 in. Polar Off-White Hall Tree

Super pretty! I got it on sale so for the sale price I felt like it was a good buy. My husband assembled it in a night. We've already received many compliments on it. The only con is the size of the drawers. Men's shoes don't fit very well in them. My kids are young and share a drawer for their shoes. I can easily fit 3 pairs of my shoes. My husband could barely fit 2 pairs of shoes. Other than that we love it!

The furniture is beautiful and looks great in my new Mudroom!

First off this is an amazing product. Completely satisfied with the quality and sturdiness of it. It's the exact color my wife had wanted. So Xmas was a hit because of this piece of furniture. As far as delivery, it was here before it was promised which was great. The condition of the box on the other hand was destroyed. I feared my wife opening on Xmas day to broken pieces or scratched. Neither was the case. Excellent packaging!!! Was pretty straight forward and easy to assemble. All the pre drilled holes really on point. Best piece of furniture that I've purchased in awhile with quality and durability. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a gray hall tree, I doubt you would find one somewhere else at this price and top notch qaulity!!! Great job Home Depot

I love this hall tree for it's affordability and quality. I bought this and it was the perfect size to fit next to my front door. I have a lot of white in my house and found that this color polar white was more of a cream color so I did end up spray painting this with a Rust-Oleum chalk paint spray paint product that worked really well. I found that I had to "hack"This product as I realized I had an outlet that was going to fall directly behind it so this required that I not use the back and I painted the wall white behind. The product didn't sit flush with the wall so I also removed the baseboard behind the wall and bolted unit to the wall. Then I rewrapped it in baseboard. It turned out absolutely wonderful. so a little work to be done to make it work in my space but all in all its really great product for the price.

Product was relatively easy to assemble and plan for 1-2 hours to do so. My low rating is because the top rear panel was mislabeled by showing the "up" arrow incorrectly (the arrow "up" to point to the top was actually pointing to the bottom) causing me to shoot screws through the back panel and not landing in the body of the shelf as they should have. Also, one of the front faces of a drawer was mounted upside down and could not be installed as the front of the drawer. The face was not just screwed on, in which case I could have flipped it, but it was also glued and would not come apart. I contacted Home Depot Customer Service to get a replacement drawer front after investing 2 hours into assembly. Through two attempts, HD said they could not reach the supplier. HD's resolution was for me to order a new one, get the part out of it that I need and then return the rest back to HD for a refund. So I must outlay twice the price (less a discount on the second one), haul 70lbs of material to the house, open the two large boxes until I find the part I need (likely buried in styrofoam deep in the box), re-box everything and go back to the store to get the refund, and finally install the drawer properly. If the product did not have the two initial defects, I would rate it much higher, but the combination of the defects and HD's resolution left me unsatisfied.

We ordered 2 of these for our mudroom. They took us easily 8 hours to put together, and we’re pretty handy people. That being said, we’ve had them for over a year & other than some damage from our teething puppy, they are going strong! I do recommend using larger screws to attach the coat hooks. We used the small screws that were included & every hook has fallen off at some point. Easily repaired by using a slightly larger screw. We do hang backpacks, so I’m sure that contributed! Overall I’m thrilled with these, they’ve held up well despite our daily abuse!
