Better than expected
Packaging and packing were very good leaving little chance to damage during shipping. Delivery was delayed by a few days but no surprise with spring demand. Assembly was easy and straightforward. All parts were labeled well. No extra tools needed. Best of all, instructions for both the chairs and the table were one page each! The table top looked better than I had imagined. Especially the copper tiles near the edge boundary. There is also a provision to put an umbrella through the center but the hole is covered with a round matching tile if you choose not to use it

Very heavy, won't blow away. Chairs are high like I wanted. They need to change description to include umbrella hole. My only complaint was all of the packaging! I built it myself and spent half of the time unpacking. The protection was worth it, no damage.

Absolutely beautiful and quality product!!! Even the boxes they arrived in had no dents or dings which is impressive when it comes to shipping large objects! Don't let the bad reviews scare you from setting up your patio set, set up was easy! The only thing is you need a couple strong folks to lift the heavy duty table upright after assembling. I will recomend this product to many people I know!
