I believe I need a replacement diverter. Will any one do the job or are there certain specs I should look for?

Diverter for this model is part no. RP70007. I would not try any other part.

This faucet is a good quality and I expect it to last for many years. Because it is not what you would call a "high end" faucet, I could only give it 4 stars, however, for my expectations, I think it is a good quality faucet. Assembly is pretty straight forward. Biggest thing is getting the old faucet out and making sure you have the right connections. I would recommend you use the new flexible hoses that connect under the sink. If you have the old style or metal connector pipes, it will take you longer to install, but, that isn't the fault of the faucet maker. With modern connectors it is a pretty quick install. I used this on my basement laundry tub and drilled an extra hole for the spray hose.

We chose the Homewerks 2-handle standard kitchen faucet with a black side sprayer in chrome for our laundry room sink. The price was incredible and the accessories were great. Everything you could possibly need is included. We love the side sprayer to use to clean the beach sand out of everything and the knobs are crystal and very pretty. We would absolute recommend this faucet.

Incredible value! This 2-Handle Standard Kitchen Faucet with Black Side Sprayer in Chrome by Homewerks Worldwide is an excellent faucet at a very low price. The chrome finish is extremely bright and reflective. The handles and faucet itself are very attractive and comfortable to use. The sprayer attachment moves out and back in easily and has a nice spray pattern. Installation could not be any easier as the fittings are very accessible and easy to attach, align and tighten. The faucet is packaged well for protection during shipping and handling, as you may see in the photos. I am very happy with this faucet and recommend it.

Ordered this to replace a kitchen faucet that has begun to corrode where it contacts the sink. I was surprised to find it is actually metal, not plastic. It is plated, of course, but not the metallized plastic that seems to be everywhere these days. The handles have the standard 8" center-to-center spacing, so it will fit. But the old faucet has no side sprayer, so I need to drill two holes: one for the side sprayer itself (and the carrier that holds it) and one for the barb that extends below the sink that the side sprayer attaches to. I need to replace the flex lines on the old faucet as well, and these I forgot to buy my last trip. FWIW, made in China, for a company in Illinois.

This is nice looking, fairly basic kitchen faucet with side sprayer that I would consider builder grade or contractor grade as it is light-weight and the exterior is made entirely of plastic, including the side sprayer and escutcheon plate for the side sprayer. The polished chrome finish resists fingerprints and hard water spots, and the clear acrylic handles operate smoothly and easily. The faucet and side sprayer install easily without the use of tools due to plastic nuts that can be tightened by hand and compression fittings on the hoses. Installation instructions are bilingual and well-written, with an illustration provided for each step in the assembly process. A tool, identified in the assembly instructions as a diverter wrench is included, but the use of this tool is not described in the instructions. The faucet is backed by a lifetime limed warranty that covers defects in material in workmanship for life, and 5 years on the finish. Of note is that the warranty covers only the original purchaser and is not transferable. When installed, the faucet is very handsome, although some people may prefer a higher spout for ease of filling large pots with water. If you are trying to renovate your kitchen on budget, this two handle faucet with side sprayer is what you want.

Installing a new faucet isn't as hard as one might think. Once you've removed the old faucet you clean the area of new faucet. Some recommend using a chalking and some don't suggest using a chalking. This faucet is a high quality, and reasonably priced. The quality of all the parts and the faucet design are excellent. You have 2 big plastic nuts that are screwed on to threaded stems from under the counter tops surface. Its a tight and secure hold once tightened. After that you feed the hose of the sprayer down through its supplied housing. Then you connect up the sprayer hose and reattach the water supply lines to the hot and cold, turn the water back on slowly and check for leaks. The manufacture has made replacing your faucet easy to do... Including the up graded supply lines under the counter the whole process was only about 45 min. To an hour to complete.

I've used these cheap types of kitchen fixtures before at our AA club with lots of success. They are not fancy, but do get the job done. I was surprised that my last one is still in perfect working condition after 7-8 years with no leaks. Make sure you need the sprayer on the side, which is for a 4-Hole sink setup, because some sink holes there are only 3.

Definitely not the top of the line faucet, but good enough for basic needs. I replaced the old crusty faucet in my workshop. The side sprayer shuts off 100% of the flow to the regular faucet, unlike some other sprayers I have used. The center connection to the diverter valve snaps on easily without tools and seals well (I used a dab of silicone grease on the two small O-rings before connecting). There is no weight provided to help the sprayer back into its mount. The faucet ships with a tool called "diverter wrench" which is not mentioned in the instructions and not needed for installation. I am guessing it's needed if you ever want to replace the diverter unit, but this is not clear from the instructions.

Well this finally showed up weather delays. And wanted to get this set up ASAP as I had taken out the old one last week. Looked good out of the box, was worried as the box was not in good shape but all was good inside. Took me all of about 15 minutes to install, worst part, as always is laying under the sink on your back. But as already had all clear was just installing the nuts on the hot and cold sides then the sprayer nut plug in the sprayer to connector at base of faucet and connect the hot an cold water. Turn on the water and all done. Is a great faucet for the shop and my sister uses same in her kitchen and want nothing to do with as she stated "new fangled faucets".
